No frills stay for an evening

room was clean, fridge and microwave in room were unexpected but welcome. no frills but was a no frills price. overall, great value but road noise outside did wake my wife up from about 6am.

Terrible Customer Service Despite a Decent Hotel

The customer service is horrible, even though the hotel itself is decent, clean, and close to nearby amenities. But the customer service is terrible. The person in charge of reception, downstairs at the entrance, a tall, somewhat heavyset Black person, was unbearable. It felt like he was doing the clients a favor by working there, even though he was being paid for it. He responded to customer requests with a sulky attitude and without even a smile. It's shameful and pathetic for someone working in a customer-facing role. You should fire this person. They are not fit to work in tourism.

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel situé à 15 mn à pied du Futuroscope. Le réfrigérateur et le micro-ondes dans la chambre sont un plus apprécié. Les lieux sont propres, c'est calme pendant la nuit, le petit-déjeuner est frais.
