「The Residence Inn is always one of my top 3 go to hotels. I loved that this location was close to many attractions, restaurants, and other things to do in Chicago. The area felt very safe and walkable at any time of day or night and I loved the service at the hotel. 「We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.」
