Nothing against the hotel or its staff , however 5am fire alarm sounded , all guests had to leave the rooms until the fire dept arrived , was a guest smoking in their room on the 5 th floor .

Great Wolf Lodge Concord
2 pizza’s under cooked (refunded), ordered pizza again…undercooked! I was accidentally double charged for parking, The pool area had very strong fumes of chlorine. My eyes and my kids eyes and throats also had burning sensations that took a day to recover from. Great Wolf Lodge needs to find a way ...

Quality Inn Charlotte Airport
Breakfast was less than I expected, but adequate. Wi-Fi kept dropping out on both me and my wife (3 diff devices). Room clean and in good condition. Great value.
