She genuinely made up for the lost sleep and inconvenience caused by the toilet, sink, and missed room service. Rebecca was incredibly pleasant and attentive, making me feel valued and never rushed. She's the main reason I chose to extend my stay with Hilton. She's a tremendous asset, and I'm so glad she's the first person I encounter when I arrive. "To no fault of the hotel I wouldn't recommend walking past the stoplight nearby. Saw a few panhandlers at the stoplight nearby at both sides. Daytime I think is ok but I'd be careful after dark. The hotel itself is pretty good though. "
