It took us almost 2 hours to check in. There was only 1 checkin person and they were very slow. Not sure if the process or person was the issue but a horrible experience.

Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel
Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Bed is comfortable. Fitness room is really lacking. HVAC system in room was a little loud and woke me during the night
