Rooms are dated and not upkept. Dirty, bedskirts falling off, uncomfortable beds, bathroom door latch broken and ripped clothes

Tides Folly Beach, Charleston's Oceanfront Hotel
The overall stay was ok. They has 2 elevators and one of them was not working. The other one kept breaking down. We were on the 8th floor. I think they need to upgrade their elevator system.
