「The staff was incredibly attentive and sweet! However there are like 9 floors and only one of the three elevators is working. According to an employee they have been down for months. This made the morning a bit more difficult. Pretty disappointing for this establishment.
The breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast. The evening reception is always an appreciated addition.
Our room was clean. The wall/entry door is far from sound proof. Thankfully the main bed was in another back room.」
「hotel is under remodeling, which is totally understandable why it maybe be a little dirty/dusty in halls. we were put in a room right next to the elevator and towards the rear of the hotel where a train comes by, if possible ask for a room towards the front and definitely away from the elevator as we could hear whenever someone went up or down」
