The staff is top notch. Not too assertive but very attentive and respectful.

「The surroundings are beautiful, all vineyards. Know that this is in a pretty isolated area and it requires driving on small two lane mountain roads with some hairpin turns to get here.
We were practically the only guests here during our stay, and had a breakfast spread waiting for us each morning. We had the infinity pool to ourselves. The grounds are great.
The room was kind of fancy looking, but romantic. (Note: glass walls on the bathroom.) Also note, you have to drive at least 15 minutes...

Every customer staying there include one wine tasting tour, understand more about Port wine. However, moving there or other spots might possibly need to drive. No public transport reaching the area.」

Nao tem estacionamento, mas na rua do hotel tem um supermercado onde tem convênio com o hotel e podemos colocar lá sem taxa alguma. Voltarei com certeza! 」
「I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. At check-in, I was thoughtfully greeted and allowed to retreat to my room well over 3 hours early. Reception encouraged me to get some rest when I mentioned I was quite tired, and that they’d be happy to give me a tour once rested if this was my preference. This considerate gesture was just one of MANY positive experiences with this lovely staff.

「Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage ist wunderschön und die Aussicht – besonders von der Terrasse – war einfach atemberaubend. Das Frühstück war sehr fein und reichhaltig, genau der richtige Start in den Tag. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Atmosphäre, die zum Entspannen einlädt.
Auch der Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet – perfekt zum Abkühlen und Genießen. Ein großes Lob geht an die Managerin – sie war super nett und herzlich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer...
