Perfect retreat for some quiet
The Quinta da Moita is out of the way of the Douro Valley but well worth the detour. I stayed there 3 nights on a solo trip. The owners are fantastic, very sweet. We stayed here for about a week with our children aged 13 and 11. We loved our time here, the estate the apartments are on is beautiful. The apartment was clean and the staff are friendly and very responsive. Breakfast was delicious too.
