「The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. After we loaded our suitcases to the car, the non driver guy requested...

「很棒的老式飯店，建築物很有味道，雖然舊但維持得很好。不過我認為入住的房間是套房，廁所和淋浴卻是共用的。即使如此也不妨礙我對這家飯店的喜愛」

「Beautiful views and fresh air. Helium was a fantastic host, always polite and ready to help us however we needed. House was clean and bedroom was as described. Our flight was late in the evening so we were allowed to stay an extra 6 hours and Helium even went to collect some food. Breakfast was tasty and very filling. We loved it here and plan to return. Thank you Helium and mama❣️」

「The staff are friendly and helpful. however, there was a really big cockroach in my room and i killed it myself, wait quite a time for the staff from hotel to pick up the body. i paid expensive price and just stay for few hours, and still i experience this, i sent messgage to them to tell my disappointment but they never reply, which was really upset.. i do have a photo of the big cockroach but i do not want to show it here to scare people.」

「Établissement très bien placé au calme. A recommander. Un des meilleurs que nous avons fait au Népal. Le propriétaire est plein d'attention: il reçoit comme chez lui. La chambre spacieuse est très propre et joliment décorée. La salle de bain avec eau chaude à volonté. Petit déjeuner excellent. Il y a egalement un balcon avec une jolie vue. Le tout se situe à 2 pas du centre historique de Patan. Bref un coup de coeur.」
