「The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations.」

「Staff are very very friendly and wonderfully ! But some of equipment in the room is not really ready ! Some guest on upstairs smoking on the terrace , some cigarette ash fell onto our terrace !」

「This is an amazing hotel. Great room friendly owners and workers, amazing location. The breakfast is really good. They even accommodate making fresh eggs and a vegetarian omelette. They let us pick nick in the front garden and even gave a free ride to the bus stop. I would go back 100 times.」

「Overall very good, very good breakfast and service. It is a good hotel for an average price. But no air conditiong during summer time, room is very moist and smells of leather. Good Wi-fi too, and very comfortable. Surronding areas would be better in the winter time.」

「Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left.
