"Our room was extremely dark! How do you pay for an upgraded king room and get zero natural light??? Weird! The location was great or what had planned or our stay, but the room was very disappointing! The staff "greeting" near the escalators on street level could be more helpful and friendly."

"The room was okay had all Basics necessities . The bed however was as hard as a brick and because I was the ground floor I had a door as my window and the blind wouldn’t pull down so I had light always shining in my room plus the police presence was horrendous always blue lights outside my door/window and people loitering around where if there wasn’t a blurred glass would be looking straight int my room. Staff were lovely pleasant but wouldn’t stay again due to uncomfortableness of the beds and lights outside my window etc."

"The breakfast bar was pretty hard core! Omlette station, hot items, bread/toast/pastries, cereals, yogurt & fruit- this was big & plentiful. Excellent value! Location cant be beat! Right outside Tower Bridge, bus stop to all major attractions near by, tube near by... this hotel can be very local. The bed was gorgeous!! Curtains were heavy enough to block out light for a deep restful sleep. Cannot hear any noise from outside- best sleep I've had in months!"

"Great location and quite the happening spot for coffee and cocktails. Walkable to so much and also to several tube stations. Great shower!!!! One thing I missed is a robe in the closet. Housekeeping was available by request."

"No window? No problem. Tiny but adequate room. First hotel I've been in for a while where everything worked (except BBC 1 on the TV) and the staff were very efficient and helpful. We breakfasted at the Wetherspoons across the road - excellent. "

"Excellent hotel and location near the British Museum. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Select rooms facing garden for quieter stay. No AC but not needed most times of year. "
