「I’m very disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel through Expedia, and nowhere in the listing did it mention a $250 deposit for just one night. This was a complete surprise at check-in and felt very misleading. On top of that, I was later charged $15 for “dirty towels,” which makes no sense—towels are meant to be used and cleaned by the hotel. Charging guests for normal use is unreasonable. 「Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. Even the "nature view" casitas can still see the ocean, and we loved having our own private pool, although the hotel pool is beautiful, too. The adventure experiences with Jorge were highlights of the trip—we did an ebike tour and learned how to eFoil on the river, neither of which we'd ever done before.
