「I stayed 3 nights this past June. It was lovely! The house was built in the 20's and is so pretty. My room was on a corner, overlooking the garden. Plenty big for just me. The bathroom was newly renovated and beautiful. The owner, Arthur, is very nice and enjoys telling about the history of the property. 「What a delight to find this gem. It has to be the most special place to stay in Giverny. We were fortunate to arrive at lunch and the cafe was open and serving. The food was excellent for meal. Our breakfast was served at our table in the morning and surpassed anything we found in our two week travel through France. This is really the only place to consider staying at in Giverny. 「I really enjoyed our two-night stay. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned regularly. There is a large shopping mall nearby where we could purchase everything we needed. Bus stops are within walking distance, and the nearest train station is about a 40-minute walk. The hotel also has a lovely backyard, which we used to relax in the morning and evening. 」

「The interior of the property is lovely as is the front of the building. However when you pull into the back parking lot the first impression is disappointing. That would be my only negative comment. The staff very friendly, the rooms clean, very nice bathroom. 」

Super-friendly and helpful communication from Ghislain at all stages, including a welcome basket of food and drink and a breakfast package (leave money in the kitchen for that). Yurt was a real treat: clean, comfortable and totally different from a boring hotel room. Plenty of facilities on site, including a kitchen to cook in.
