Un service exceptionnel

Nous sommes arrivés vers 20h, aucun restaurant n’était ouvert. Le maître d’hôtel nous a gentiment préparer un repas, charcuteries, fromages, un super vin et même un moelleux chocolat exceptionnel !! Bref un accueil au top avec un vrai service dans un cadre magnifique avec une personne d’une gentillesse merveilleuse.

Nuit confortable et au calme. Après une seule nuit, on se sent ressourcé et détendu. J'ai hâte de revenir et notamment de faire un petit footing dans le domaine.

Excellent Choice

We stayed for only a night. Our spacious room was modern with a well appointed bathroom. Our host was right there when needed. The breakfast was ample with quality regional products. The manor house is set in a large parkland which is essentially a game preserve for large and small game alike. The owner is guide and supervises shooting parties for groups and other group functions. The main house is tastefully decorated with hunting lodge decor. I would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is in a big and wonderful park where you can see deer and pheasants (the sad side is that it also hosts hunting events). The room was spacious, beautiful and stylish. Breakfast was alright. Wifi worked well.

Accueil aimable, lieux entretenus, dîner menu unique simple et de qualité servi par la direction. Chambre confortable, rangements, W.C. séparés, produits d' accueils de qualité. De la chambre, vue sur de magnifiques arbres centenaires et bassin du château où viennent s' abreuver et s 'ébrouer faisans vénérés, chevreuils, biches et cerfs.

Reasonable stay

Lovely surroundings and expansive grounds. Arrived late on Saturday having booked B&B and evening meal in advance. Room clean and well equipped but no air-con. Evening meal was a little disappointing considering the high quality of the fittings and decor being reheated soup and duck and potato. Service was a little slow to arrive, wine was good though. Overall a reasonable stay but needs improvement to service and food quality to get higher rating.

Une nuit au domaine de Montchevreuil

Un superbe domaine forestier tenu par un jeune couple fort sympathique. Nos hôtes ont été particulièrement serviables. Rien à redire sur la suite où nous avons séjourné une nuit : confort (tout est neuf) et calme, avec une vue splendide sur le gigantesque parc arboré où il n'est pas rare d'observer biches, daims et faisans en grand nombre. Si vous aimez la nature vous serez comblés. Ajoutez à cela une table d'hôtes à la hauteur. A recommander sans hésitation.

Amazing place

We found paradise! We stayed one night, which was definitely not enough. We will be back for a week, because this is such an amazing place. Our room was beautiful and we had full view of wild rabbits, pheasants, owls and deer from our window. This is the place to stay if you love nature. The owners were very friendly and nice. Only downside was that our toilet kept flushing and making loud noises, which kept my boyfriend up all night.
