「I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience...

「Very spacious, well designed and equipped room. Very comfortable bed, pillow and the air conditioning is quiet and cool enough. Perfect blackout curtains and more than sufficient plugs and USB chargers. Decent and safe neighborhood and got a big supermarket where is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. Friendly staff in particular the shuttle driver Ricko who is very kind, helpful and possesses excellent driving skills. 」

「We stayed at the Arlington Westin for a wedding and the front desk in particular Jalin was fantastic. He was helpful throughout our stay and just made it a wonderful experience. He deserves a bonus for his customer service skills!」
