「I was there for a soccer tournament. We asked for a late check out and they couldn’t but we rushed back in between games to get our belongings before check out time and they had already locked us our of our rooms even though it was before check out time. The staff was friendly otherwise.」

「La propiedad esta en buenas condiciones en general, sin embargo, en uno de los cuartos, en el lavabo se trabaja el agua al abrir la llave, como que tenía fuga por un lado, el área de desayuno muy reducido, el desayuno, bueno, el baño buen diseño de las paredes, buen funcionamiento de la llave, las camas buenas, buen refrigerador, buen horno de microondas, en general, bueno. Aunque no la usamos, la alberca se veia muy limipa. Recomendable para estancia corta en familia.」

「This hotel sits in beautiful downtown Laredo on the border of Mexico. Nice brick roads out front, valet parking is available. The hotel has 2 bars, 2 pools and 2 restaurants. It’s walking distance from the outlets and other shopping is available as well. The nightlife is very active in this area. This is my 4th time staying here and we just love this place.」

「Llego a las 11:30 pm no tiene agua caliente mi habitación, me dan otra en piso y ala diferente, misma situación, llamo y explico de nuevo y que obviamente tienen problemas con la caldera, por la mañana 7 am de nuevo me tengo que bañar con agua fría, mala experiencia en esta ocasión, tengo muchos años llegando a esta propiedad y es mi primera mala experiencia.」
