「Locate on the peak of the mountain, have to drive a very narrow way to the top, too many insects in the room otherwise it was perfect experience, shower is wide and super nice, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great view of the valley, worth every penny.」

My only problem was the room window opened to a concrete wall, a sad thing when Kandy has so many wonderful views. 「We loved the beautiful view from the balcony and poolside. The pool was great as well. The facilities were tastefully designed and room simple yet comfortable. The food was delicious. The property could use some minor renovation, but overall it did not bother us. We recommend getting a lock for the bags since there is no safe in the room for the valuables. 」

「The house is a bit up-hill. Better take a local taxi to drive you there. The host gave me a shortcut to walk down to the main road which is much convenient and fast for down-hill. This is a homestay, the host is living on the ground floor and 3 guestrooms on the second floor. I do love the common area upstair very much. 「The hotel was nice for us as a family. The hotel itself is ok not amazing but it had a nice pool (NOT the 8 pools advertised on expedia) but we could see from pics this seemed unlikely. The view from our room was really poor of other hotels or a derelict housing area which as on a massive hill is a shame. Staff lovely as per normal. The rooms were a little old but ok.
