「I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. 「The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings.
