「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. 「We had a wonderful stay at El Balcón del Sol. The 3-bedroom apartment was clean and much more spacious than we expected. Having a full kitchen and a large living room equipped with everything we needed made it feel like home. The host was very accommodating, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, and the WiFi was very reliable. After long days of trekking, being able to cook a meal and relax in the hot tub was the ultimate luxury. It was the perfect place to recharge.」
