Konforlu bir otel, spa alanı temizdi. Hava 12 derece olmasına rağmen oda çok sıcaktı ve merkezi sistem oldugu için sogutma çalışmadı ama vantiatör istedik yardımcı oldular.

Bu otele ikinci kez misafirimiz ve ikinci kez odamız dört kişinin kabulüne uygun değildi. Resepsiyona gidip bu konuyu konuşmam gerekiyor. Bu doğru değil. Personel çok duyarlı ve nazik. Banyoların ufak tadilatlara ihtiyacı var.

Odaların baştan bakıma girmesi gerekmektedir. Özellikle banyoda koku ve duşakabinin arızaları çok net görülmektedir. Ayrıca duş takımının tamamen yenilenmesi şart. Temizlik için sampuan vb yok veya kontrol edilmemiş. Mini barda koku ve pas bulunmakta. Fiyat bakımından iyi ama odalar tamamen bakımdan geçmeli…

Otel gayet iyi fakat resepsiyon personeli rezervasyonumuzun 2 kişilik oda olduğunu bildiği halde ısrarla extra ücret almayı denedi. Otel yönetiminin bunu denetlemesi gerekiyor.
