「We had an amazing stay. The views are breathtaking and the tranquility of the place made us truly unwind. Our room was beautiful. We had our private outdoor hot tub and terrace from which we could enjoy the views and just relax. The service of Serena and her team was excellent. We loved the infinity pool and gym. 「Beautifully located, spectacular scenery amongst the slopes of Etna and the vineyards. Property is well hidden, you wouldn't know it is there unless you are specifically looking for it. 「not a very friendly place to stay, our reservation got 'lost' and we weren't sure if there is space for us... we booked and paid two double rooms and were given a double and a bad smelling single with a bath without toilet seat in the end (had to complain and finally got the two doubles we paid for). we did not feel we were welcome in the rifugio. no information on the surroundings were given at all and the food wasn't as good as expected. the rooms were okay in the end but the bath really...
