They told us nothing about facilities at the hotel and just handed us keys to the room. 「The owner, Rita, was very friendly and helpful. She taxied us into the historical town which has very narrow streets and limited parking. The grounds around the villa are beautiful and well maintained. The beds and pillows could be upgraded. 」
