"Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. "

"The staff was super nice. The room was much smaller than the pictures but the bathroom was quite large. Be ready to climb lots of stairs. Rooms on 2nd thru 4th floor are stairs only. The toilet paper situation should have been described when booking. I would have liked the insight of the plumbing before our stay so i could have made an informed choice. The area around the hotel is growing. "

"We booked an ocean view balcony premiere room but was placed in a garden view room because we arrived a day late due to flight delays/weather, then we had no hot water for showering until we were placed in the original room we booked a day later, they did give us credit for good and beverages and a night free but are still waiting for the refund…. The property is spectacular and staff polite. "
