「This was a great hotel. I went for a three day weekend. It doesn't have a pool or a gym but other than that, it was a superb place to stay. The rooms were clean with kitchenettes (but no items to cook with so bring your own.) They are pet friendly and have a dog walk around the property. They offer coffee and tea throughout the day which was so nice after a day of being out in the cold. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and I plan on staying here again. 」

「We had an unplanned stop at the Fireside because of a winter storm made for dangerous travel. We felt like we walked into a Hallmark movie. There was a cozy fire going and complimentary hot beverages. The rooms were average but everything else was great. Nice bar for stranded travelers to meet up at and great breakfast in a nicely decorated room.」

「I had been traveling for 20 hours, heading home after a long trip, when I got stuck in a snowstorm. I was just an hour and a half from home, but the roads were treacherous. So I booked a room at the Norwich Inn. 「The Pointe was much more than I expected (honestly). The room was large with a couch, reading chair (and ottoman) and small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom had a tub with jets. There was an indoor pool and hot tub-that worked. The one negative, no microwave in the room or common area— but the desk attendants, who were very very nice and accommodating, took care of that for me! And there was fresh brewed coffee in the lobby by 6 am!」
