"The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more. If you want a great bar and restaurant, this is not the place. "It said beach view but what I got was the lazy river and a hill off sand and some water. The room was clean. I didn’t like the fact that it says breakfast included but you have to pay for that in addition and you have to pay for parking. I told my husband that the things that use to be complimentary they are now nickel and diming you to death. Bottle water in the room should be complimentary but they charge you for it. The room was nice and the staff friendly but it was overpriced. Did I pay it? Yes. But I won’t do it again. I don’t feel as though I got what I paid for. I was a little disappointed. "

"we were put in a room in the old side of the hotel, so our only window was small and 20 feet up, towels are clearly not washed well as one of the “clean” ones had small hairs stuck in it, and there was no fan or window in the bathroom. our keys also stopped working randomly halfway through our stay but staff was helpful. overall fine if all you need is a room"
