「Very beautiful, clean, comfortable and internationalized hotel. Wifi, breakfast and other services are good. The best part is that the heating system works so well, which is so important for hard-snowing whether. All personnel can speak English with their warm smiling. It's really worth coming back again. Suggest to provide a water boiling machine in the room.」

「Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay...
