I loved this hotel! The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the room was very clean and nice. The location is terrific - walking distance to restaurants and other sights. I want to go to Poltava again just to stay here another time!

Stayed one night and it was fantastic! Front desk spoke English so made checking in very easy. Room was large, had a beautiful balcony, and was an easy walk to main shopping streets. Wish I could have stayed longer!

This is a great hotel in Poltava, good service, adequate rooms always clean, and no issue as a foreigner. i use it often as a stop off on way to kharkiv from kiev.

Excellent hotel - could be more centrally located

Check-in was super fast. I thought I had booked a two-bed room, but for some reason my reservation was just for one bed. They accommodated us quickly and turned the couch in the room to a bed in no time. Breakfast was available late, until 11 am, which is amazing for a weekday stay.
