「No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. 「Property and room was a bit outdated. Breakfast was simple. Coffee machine was not great and wasps were annoying. WiFi did not work in room On plus side they were very welcoming and hotel pool area was nice and short walk to lovely beach」

「Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee...

「De accomodatie verzocht een mail ter bevestiging van aankomst. Echter daar werd nooit op gereageerd. Bij aankomst niemand te bereiken telefonisch dus wisten we niet welk appartement we moesten hebben. Gelukkig was er een schilder die ons hielp en belde de eigenaar. Dus..geen instructies voor aankomst of vertrek mbt sleutel. Achteraf bleek de sleutel in de deur te zitten en hebben we bij vertrek de sleutel maar binnen gelegd. 「We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...

「The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. 「The view is beautiful and right in front of the ocean. The room is properly cleaned every day and comfortable. The manager MR Vasilis is being very helpful. One little thing to mention: the contact number on the website are out of date, before one week of our arrival, it’s almost impossible to get any responses as we need ed to sort out late arrival arrangements, we did panic. But once we are able to get hold of Mr Vasilis, communication was nice and smooth, he replied all questions promptly....
