「No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. We could hear two people arguing on higher floor. 3 min walk to nice beach with an attendant bringing drinks. ...

「Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee...

「Property and room was a bit outdated. Breakfast was simple. Coffee machine was not great and wasps were annoying. WiFi did not work in room On plus side they were very welcoming and hotel pool area was nice and short walk to lovely beach」

「We stayed here for 3 days and everything was wonderful. The room was very clean, beautiful and had everything you need. We also had breakfast which was absolutely perfect. Maria and her son are extremely kind and always check if everything is ok. We would recommend to stay here while visiting Kefalonia. 」

「De accomodatie verzocht een mail ter bevestiging van aankomst. Echter daar werd nooit op gereageerd. Bij aankomst niemand te bereiken telefonisch dus wisten we niet welk appartement we moesten hebben. Gelukkig was er een schilder die ons hielp en belde de eigenaar. Dus..geen instructies voor aankomst of vertrek mbt sleutel. Achteraf bleek de sleutel in de deur te zitten en hebben we bij vertrek de sleutel maar binnen gelegd. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. 「Beautiful property, the suites are done to a high standard and are exceptionally clean. A lot of care is taken to mainting the property to a high standard. The staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to kefalonia.」
