"Excellent value for the area. Property is secured but parking lot is not. Walkable to restaurants & shops, right now Milbrae Bart station. Room is comfortable with soft towels &a coffee machine, safe but surprised our standard room does not have a frig. (Only deluxe does) but front desk offered to keep our things & blue ice cold in their frig. It’s an easy in and out kind of inn, good for a short stay before an early flight. "

"Nicole greeted us upon arrival and assisted me with check-in, as well as setting up a member account. She was extremely helpful and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. It was especially nice to have her assist us again during check-out, which made our departure just as smooth as our arrival. I truly appreciate her calm demeanor and cheerful attitude—it made our stay even more enjoyable."

"I have stayed at Crowne plaza over the past 4 years look at my history , this was the first time it was just average , I still consider it my go to when I visit maybe it was just going through changes. It was not as comfortable from room to settling in, I ate breakfast that was great ,but all others just average . Crowne Plaza is still my top pick will be back in June"

"Shuttle from airport was exhausting. Long wait—35 minutes, then many more pickups at airport and long ride because this hotel is the last stop on the drop off rout. So about an hour before I got to the hotel. Hotel is nice, but take a Uber. "

"Great location, staff was great and room was clean. Left too early to enjoy breakfast so unable to rate but it is available complimentary. "

"Room was OK but mistakenly I was booked into a handicapped room. Might have been my fault, inadvertently booking a handicapped room on Expedia. Result was, in having my shower, the shower stall was totally inadequate in containing the water. My bathroom floor and part of the hallway were flooded. Terrible design plan for drainage. Second significant issue occurred checking out. I said I wanted to pay by cash. The clerk obstinately stated my credit card had been charged, even though I had not authorized this while checking in. Further, he insisted that processing the bill, with or without customer approval was standard practice in the hotel industry. That has not been my experience. In fact, staying at a hotel in Portland, the following night, I asked the clerk “did they automatically process a bill when they received a customer cc at check in”? She clearly & adamantly said no. They didn’t make that decision until check out. This was my experience over many years of travel. The Aura clerk insisted he had 3 years experience and insisted this was the way it was done. Not impressed and not likely to return. "

"Great free breakfast and free parking. Close to the airport. Cons small double beds would have preferred queens. Comforters could use an upgrade many loose threads. "
