"This was my wife and I second time staying at this resort and it's still a great place to stay. The hotel and grounds are spectacular. The staff and services are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend restaurants Lotus, Cellaio, Good Friends, and Dos Gatos to eat at. The other places are fine but way overpriced for what they serve. You might as well go to McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, etc... you'll be better off. Every room has a view of the mountains or golf course. Like I said a great...

"This bed and breakfast excelled beyond all expectations! The property is exceptionally beautiful with many historic features scarcely seen except in museums of great old houses. Our host couldn't have been more wonderful and he helped us out after a long ride on the Erie Canal Trail. The amenities were excellent. I would go to Fort Plain just to stay there again. "Check-in was quick and easy. The room was fine (although being set to cool to 61 degrees was a bit much; I had to heat it a little before going to bed). Breakfast was a bit skimpy - coffee, juice, a granola bar, and a tropical fruit cup. I noticed a toaster there but nothing to use it for."
