"Good location. Short walk to metro station. Grocery across the street. Staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The room was clean (although they did forget to replenish the tea bags :)) and comfortable. They did have a notice that used towels that were hung up would not be taken but each day we came back to all new towels. Had breakfast one day and it was well worth the 13Euro. Would recommend. "

"⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) – Good stay overall but unfortunately ended badly I stayed at Hotel Acta Madfor Lisbon and overall had a good experience, but unfortunately my trip ended on a very negative note which affected my rating. The location is excellent, with metro stations, buses, and plenty of local amenities nearby, making it really easy to get around Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is very modern and comfortable, and I especially liked the lounge area, which was a nice place to relax. My room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for one person. Two people could probably stay there, but it might feel a little tight. The breakfast at the hotel was actually very good, with a wide selection of hot and cold choices. I had this on previous mornings with no issues and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, on the morning I left I was given a breakfast box (sandwich, bottle of water, juice, and fruit). I believe the sandwich may not have been stored properly because shortly after arriving at the airport I vomited twice, and then twice again on the airplane. It was quite unpleasant and really put a bad end to an otherwise nice stay. Because of that experience, I have to rate the hotel 3 out of 5. Without that issue it would easily have been 5 out of 5. Overall, I’d still recommend it for a short stay in Lisbon thanks to the great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms—just hopefully without the same experien"

"So much noise from inside the hotel and out, could not sleep. Pillows were like bags of clumped material, no support and sore neck as a result - did ask for additional pillows as you only get one per person, but it was the same as the first. Also, the toilet had only a could of inches of space in front of it, meaning you have to sit on it sideways to use it if you're over 5ft tall. "

"Clean and excellent room. Upgraded to bigger bed on arrival. Excellent staff. Helped with directions to sights and night life. Centrally located super easy to use uber and metro. WiFi fast and easy to use. TV huge variety of channels, lots of English. Cleaning staff friendly and do great work. "

"Great location that is close to public transportation. Staff is very professional, courteous and helpful. Check-in was easy and fast. Fitness room is open 24/7 and adequately equipped . Breakfast buffet had lots of options to choose from. One of the best breakfast we’ve had. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Obrigado, Epic SANA Marques "
