「The resort was amazing; however, on our last day we decided to go to Royal Scoops for our final coffee and we saw a roach on the counter that made its way to where the pastries were. Also, there was one bartender (older gentleman) at Lahaina Noon who was dismissive and was gone for 30 min without letting anyone know or getting someone to fill in while he took a break.」

「Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.」
