"Fire alarm went off at midnight but there was no direction from staff. There was a loud and aggressive person under the influence that tore up the exit door trying to get back in. "This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff was nice, that was the only good thing. The room I booked 3 weeks in advance wasn’t available. They gave us one that didn’t have enough beds for us. We asked for a second room, and they gave us the smokers version. This room had blinking lights (bulb going out?), an actual blood trail from the bed to the bathroom, bloody handprints on the wall, dresser and window, ashes on the blanket on one bed, blood on the couch, and it smelled terrible. Never, ever again. "
