"This is the worst place. Look like a mysterious place where no any receiption and nothing. Cottage was locked and a number was given outside for call. My driver helped me to speak in german language on given number and someone shared the code through which the key was available like a pepsi can or anything in vendor machine. "My daughter and I stayed here for one night while we were visiting Europa Park. We honestly loved everything about our stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and modern, and the vibe of the lobby was funky and fun! We splurged for the breakfast buffet which was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had (my daughter agrees and she is a picky eater). My only complaint is that the website states the hotel is a 12 minute walk to the park, when it was actually 21 minutes. The walk was easy enough though, so it was"
