「Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. 」

「Arrived and the property was very dirty, thick dust, rubbish on the balcony including a beer can and cigarette butts, as well as unclean side tables in the lounge and bedroom as well as food crumbs. I immediately took photos and reported this upon my check in, I was told housekeeping would visit and clean the next day. When I got back to the property the following day it was still dirty, cigarettes butts not removed and dirt all over the side tables. I again reported that it was still unclean...

「The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels...

「Pet friendly, good location. The unit I got smelled of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant, I notified the host immediately just to inform them so I wouldn’t be charged for smoking in the unit, and they assured me I would not be. There was a huge dumpster right outside the unit, very loud when they came to empty it, woke me from my sleep. 」

「We (family of 4) stayed 3 nights in this house. The location is great. Just few minutes away from Austin down town and UT west campus. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. We checked in on the Christmas Eve. The house is recently renovated with spacious bedrooms. The beds are firm, which we like it. The shower place is huge and clean. However, the towels and room area rugs look a bit outdated. The kitchen utensils can be upgraded and better organized. Here are the areas definitely...
