「The hotel was great for what we needed. The room was spacious and Yolanda at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little outdated with some wear from time, but it was clean and comfortable. 」

I had made a reservation for my colleague Elliot, and there were issues with the original flight and connecting flight from Florida to Arkansas. I spoke with her several times within a 2-hour time span. She was kind, patient, and very empathetic, demonstrated true customer care, she was next level. Thank you, Rachel 」
