"Room was surprisingly sound proof. Quite warm despite having the AC on. Room wasn’t cleaned or restocked even though we put out the appropriate signage for the service"

"Was downgraded to another as the one I reserved weeks before wasn’t available anymore. The bed my son was to sleep in was full of food crumbs and dirt, looked like it wasn’t cleaned in forever."

"The staff informed me at check in they don’t clean rooms anymore when you stay longer than 1 night, I don’t appreciate this with the prices we paid. Our room had a weird layout. The room was run down curtains didn’t block out light from train yard and it was bright at night. Bathroom had a dirty old hanging ceiling with dust all over it. Chipped tiles, faucet in tub leaked, and we couldn’t really get good hot water we were only given 2 towels for 2 queen bedroom. People were smoking pot on our floor and I did lodged a complaint nothing was done. 1 Elevator was out of order and parking was difficult. "

"Spacious rooms and good breakfast. It’s close to West Edmonton Mall and around 28-30 minutes away from the airport (YEG). My family loves it so much !"
