「We stayed at the property two nights. The staff were friendly although a new front desk staff had no idea what pre check in was when we had completed it and were supposed to just pick up our keys. She made us give all of the same information again despite our persistence in explaining the pre check in form. Breakfast was good, fully stocked. The AC worked great. 「The rooms had some of the most comfortable beds I've enjoyed in a long time. If I had a complaint, it'd be that the exterior door of my room didn't latch without a bit of extra force. I managed to go the whole night with the door not being latched until 7:40 am when the door itself opened a bit. Also, as I think of it, it took far too long (around 25 minutes with only one person being ahead of us) to get checked in, even having paid in advance.
