"we had a wonderful evening at the Hard Rock Casino. everyone was so polite and what a fun place. The bed was kinda harder than we like but overall we will return"

"We finally got to our room around 11pm walked in and tv was on bed wasnt made and dirty wet towels in the bathroom. Our room hasn't been cleaned its as if someone was still in there. I called the number posted at the front desk and luckily someone came and assigned us a new room that had been cleaned. We weren't expecting that but at least the problem was solved. "

"Most everything was great. Pool under construction and that would have been nice to know beforehand. Asked for a bandaids for granddaughter and they had none. "

"Do not stay here. Hotel is disgusting. I had black mold in my bathroom and the shower floor was peeling up. The hotel in general is run down and falling apart. Do not stay here. "
