「Was the front desk persons 3 rd day. Check in was a little rough as she couldn’t figure out how booking wit Expedia worked. Took about 30 minutes and several phone calls to get it all worked out. Then she came to our room with another guest and said our room was empty according to their system. About 5 minutes later, she called our room to try to figure out why we were in the room she gave us the keys to. It was a little frustrating and very confusing. After that our stay was just fine. 」
