「Nice staff great amenities 」

「Room was nice with comfy beds. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen from a hotel. All staff that I personally encountered were great. My only complaint was that you could hear everything happening in the hallway and quite a bit from outside. I had a busybody neighbor unfortunately and their constant coming & going made sleep elusive as the door would slam behind them every time they went in & out. 」

「Room was clean and spacious, location is pretty good for University of Iowa college visit for future student. It's a 5-7 min walk to the "downtown" and 10 min walk to the school buildings, much close to the rec center. The directions to the parking garage were not very clear by the front desk. there were not unfriendly, but not really excited to help with questions either. 」

「During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus.
