「The floor was leaking in the bathroom for some reason, and the tv or phone didn’t work」

I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. 「Amazing customer service. Rose, the caretaker, was extremely helpful and very kind. The ac worked well and had good water pressure. I loved that the tv had Roku. I will definitely be staying again next time I visit Austin.」

「总体一般。」

「Friendly and safe place.」

「The room is clean and the staff are welcoming but since it's an old building you can expect a few surprises. I found a few insects one under the bed, one in a drawer and one by the entrance door. Hope this helps...」

「Motel」

「DISGUSTING! The hotel was dirty, smelly and poor maintained. The first room o checked in was impossible as there was a heavy smoke smell. I changed room. The second room was dirty, stains on blankets, pillows linens of different colors. But the most disturbing was nails sticking out the headboard in direction of the customer heads I changed room again. The third room was again smelly and with stains on the blanket and on the pillow. At this point t I changed hotel.」
