「We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!」

「Air Conditioning in our first room did not work well room was very warm at night . Room 71 . Need to ask to lower the temperature below 23c . Second room was better Room 75 needed to ask to change rooms , but the fan speed is not adjustable in both rooms . Room was clean with good views .」

「Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」
