"Let’s start with check in. Took about 15 mins to check in! Paper docs for check in is wild to me in 2026. Next let’s talk about room!! For being a 4:5 start location I was expecting better bed/bedding, and amenities. Furniture was from the 80’s the bed was a brick! Doing mattress in a 4/5 star room! Crazy! Old dirty carpet in room. Walked for five mins in just white socks. Bottoms dark! From floor!! Shower and tub old and moldy. The room smelled like an old attic. Sheets were tough. Now some good! Nice club and casino attached to hotel! And some shops. Good cafe and food also located on grounds! Good location for no outside noise! They charge 1k pesos for any guest you have. Even when the police stays 1k for overnight guest. When complaining to manager. She said it was an old policy! I stayed then why is it on doc we got in the room? She had nothing to say. This place liked to take money from foreigner. Be careful. Overall I would not recommend this place! Pay more and stay at radisson blu! Way better and about the same price!"
