「Nice」

「Pros: near SM, big fridge, good WiFi connection, easy check-in. Cons: Broken furnitures, lights, plugs. Nasty pull out bedding, and dirty pillow. Stained, discolor towels. Molds on the bathroom. Room has strong odor (a mix of sewage and a fabcon smell).」

「Property is nice. Area around is pretty safe. Shower head might need to be repair or replaced. 」

「The location is superb. Easy access to 7-11 where you could drink right at the door at night time. Transportation is easy access to, so as the Mall. Security at the pool was grumpy worked up.」

「Poorer than Motel 6 in Cebu, 1- Their kitchen was not equipped with the basic supplies, no coffee maker., no toaster , no small knife ( it was just one big butcher type knife), no salt, no sugar, no dish detergent, kitchen smelled bad, ( Strong Curry) that we had to buy air freshener ourselves. No laundry in facility . 2- safe was not functioning, we switched the room, no safe there , maybe someone took previous one, !!! They had to install a new one , then finally functioned only with key...
