「Excelente ubicación, comida restaurantes y desayuno 💯 solo algunos aspectos a mejorar ; el área de la piscina no lo abren si llueve , entonces no hay nada más para hacer en el hotel , el jacuzzi no lo pudimos usar por qué es solo para eventos especiales y por último me hubiera gustado desayunar al aire libre o tomarme un café , pero el lugar lo abren 9 am y yo iba al restaurante desde las 7 am , no podía esperar 2 horas . Entonces si madrugas debes desayunar en un restaurante cerrado」

「Nuestra estancia en este hotel en San Andrés fue excelente. Viajé con mi familia y desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, y el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Disfrutamos mucho de las áreas comunes, la comida y el ambiente tranquilo que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables. Lo que más destacamos es la calidad del servicio y la calidez humana de todo el equipo....

「Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.」
