「Amazing place for the value! Simple but great. The breakfast is one of the best we've had in a hotel, it's super fresh and the bread is from their own bakery. The restaurant is also great, we recommend the sourdough pizza. 」

「This is a lovely small villa as a part of a vineyard. The family who are running it are lovely. The rooms are large and comfortable with a jetted tub as well as a shower in the oversized bathroom. The view is nothing short of stunning, overcooking Osoyoos lake and the mountains on the opposite side of the valley. We will definitely stay here again. It is not in town but is a short 3 minute drive away from all the amenities you could need. 」

「I was in town to say goodbye to a long time friend. I found the hotel to be dirty from the entrance to the room. I took many photos of how dirty my room was. The bed was on the floor (no legs) the skirt for the bed was hanging on the floor and mine was clearly filthy. Dirty handprints in numerous places on the walls. Bedside lamps covered in smudges and dirty finger prints . The hallways leading to the rooms were clearly in need of a vacuum. For the price we paid I was very very disappointed.」

「预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。」

「Staff person was friendly and very helpful. Burned out light at bedside, so only 1 overhead light. Friendly staff loaned us her office lamp. Room was dark and gloomy. Extremely cold in room. Turned on baseboard heater but slept with extra heavy clothing all night. No cover on comforter. Kettle was fire hazard - plastic melted underneath showing exposed wires. Guests are asked to dispose of their own garbage when leaving. Great price but would not recommend.」
