「The rooms were extremely clean and the staff wonderful. Roadside appearance has much to be desired but don’t let it fool you. My room was large, the bathroom was modern, and the bed was fantastic for anybody who’s spending time in the area it’s a great landing spot.」

No noise, other than from the street. as always with those large AC units in the room, it's a balance between comfort and noise of the fan, decided for quiet and it got a bit warm.」

「This property far exceeded our expectations. We expected a room, and got a suite with kitchen, and huge shared walk out patio. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We weren’t sure if there was breakfast available, so were pleasantly surprised that we had a $40 breakfast credit included in our room price! Great value, would like to have been able to stay longer than one night.」

「It was my first time visiting Crowsnest but I would definitely go back. It is a great stopping spot when on my way to the Kootenays. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. I only wish we had ben there for pizza night. Very good value」

「Very disappointed that this BW lists as hot tub open but jets set to permanently off! Gross sess pool action as no circulating jets! Who wants to soak with other randoms I ask? Plus whole point is jets for back! I booked for hot tub use as stiff neck and big fail. Very disliked this. Breakfast getting weak too but prime focus was working jets! Older grump lady at breakfast should find other work too. A real pleasure, not. Got bare min at check in too but again it didn't matter if they didn't...

「This property was OK in that it is a great location, walkable to Lakeshore Drive restaurants and beach, as well as good access to the KVR bike trails, but is lacking somewhat in customer service, only refilled our coffee and cups once out of the four day stay. Breakfast included was adequate, lots of variety. Wings Restaurant was good, and convenient.」

「The room was clean, linens nice, the very small fridge was not functioning, the gent who booked us in after having to phone was very pleasant, the view over the hedges to the water was lovely…unfortunately, the “what I call snake grass , was growing in the hedges and not removed..I did pull some to improve our view. This property has potential but needs detail attention. For example why not provide guests with 4 dairy creamers in the fridge (but it needs to be working) for morning use…nothing...
