「Friendly staff, clean room. I needed an accessible room for this stay and the room was exactly as pictured. Pool lift in good working condition.」

「This Super 8 was closed when we arrived. They had a sign on the office door directing customers to use another hotel. The least that they could have done was let us know ahead of time. 」

「This hotel is a standard, clean, well-maintained, motel-style hotel. For an affordable quick trip to Mammoth Caves for a couple of nights, this is a great little basic place to stay. If you are looking for luxury, or even a somewhat luxurious hotel, this is not that place. If you are looking for a safe, affordable, clean and friendly place to spend the night while traveling, then this place is definitely nicer than most in that category. Overall, I would give this location 3 Stars for...

「The motel was okay. But when we arrived they were understaffed, so we had to wait to check in. Some people had already been there 30 minutes and they said many had come and gone. Although there was plenty of room to park by our unit we had to park a block away. It seemed like it was too noisy. We could hear people talking in other rooms and people taking a shower kept us up. The units have been updated and the accommodations were comfortable.」

「stayed two nights here. cranky beds. thin wall and room smells mold。 most importantly, i left my bag there when i checked out. called them several times ,they say will check and call me back, never did. when i ask again, they said the room was clean and didnt seem to care that i lost ma IDs and car keys. so rude!!!!!」
