「Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book...

「The house is absolutely stunning! Pat the owner goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as wonderful as possible. She has everything for you toiletries, beverages, snacks, etc. She takes special orders for breakfast, which is amazing when traveling with picky eaters. 」

The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. 「We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Maple Hill is a piece of living history and it was a privilege to stay there. The owners are excellent stewards of this absolute gem. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Every detail in the house is stunning. We took time to look at everything inside and outside so that we could absorb the beauty of the home and property.
